During the initial walkthrough, BOSS will photograph the contents and the structure. Each disaster is different, and in some cases, we will use an innovative 3D capture platform called Matterport to create a 3D digital twin of any given space.
Our emergency onsite crew will assess the damage and start a precleaning process of certain items that could have permanent damage from soot/smoke if not removed promptly (example: appliances, kitchen sinks, and bathrooms).
Our onsite emergency team will arrange to pick up your textiles affected by smoke or soot to be professionally cleaned (textiles example: clothing, and other fabric goods).
Each situation is different and depending on the amount of damage, contents can be cleaned onsite or if the damage is severe, we will pack out the contents to bring back to our cleaning facility.
The pack out procedure will begin with taking photographs of items & label inventory before wrapping and boxing up. Before removing contents off-site, these inventory control steps will be taken to our temperature-controlled facility. Once the contents arrive at the facility, the cleaning process begins. Boss uses state-of-the-art equipment and cleaning techniques to remove soot and/or odor damage. We use equipment such as ultrasonic machines, drying rooms, and ozone rooms.
After cleaning, your contents are stored until your home is ready for the contents to be delivered.
